Chinese Cabbage

Also known as napa cabbage or Peking cabbage, it originates from Beijing and is used mostly to add a crisp texture to Asian dishes. Has no great taste of its own but its leaves are excellent at absorbing the strong flavours of oriental spices.

Can be steamed but are best stir fried to maintain the bite of their crunchy exterior.

Store in the fridge in original packaging. Wash before use.
